Went to get a milkshake today and was completely disappointed by the service and the quality. Got my milkshakes that were watered down and nothing like a normal milkshake, asked politely for a refund and was met by an angry older women whom tried to refuse our refund and claimed ... she was the owner of the Harvey’s franchise. Was a ridiculous encounter and will definitely never be coming to this location or any Harvey's again. Also seriously think this harveys needs to be re trained on company values and how to treat a paying customer. So disappointing that a once great Canadian company has gone completely down the drain with not only its customer service but also food quality. Read more
They messed up the entire order of two burgers (asked for the works but only got half of the toppings), and 2 regular poutines and one chicken one but received 2 chicken poutines and no regular ones. When we tried to get the right order we were charged again for ... the food. The only thing correct was the 3 pies. Worst experience at a Harvey’s EVER. Read more
As I remember many years ago Harvey 's was my favorite burger place. Not much has been changed since then. The only thing I really miss is the price and the quality of meals. They used to take longer to cook the meat. I loved the smell of the beef or chicken getting ... ready on the grill Lately when you order burger or chicken breast burger it is done in few minutes. I like it that you can choose what to add to your burger. The price is affordable as compared to the other fast food. The manager and staff are friendly. What a pathetic display of service and food quality. Came here for some milkshakes, and what they gave me was complete garbage, looked nothing like how they are advertising. Asked for a refund and got antagonized by management and they tried to deny my refund.
