Bought a Chicken Sandwich meal. The sandwich was full of bones and Bone Marrow. Called customer service. They said we will get back to you immediately. 3 weeks and still waiting. I send them a reminder email every week. Second week I received an email saying it was unacceptable no ... one has gotten back to me and that someone would get back to me. UPDATE: We wish to thank your manager for his very quick and helpful response. We went back and this time it was a great time. Things happen, and we thank you for being so gracious and concerned about your customers! We went last night for dinner,the hostess refused to seat us in ... the bar area,even though there were several booths available. She wasn't very friendly. Then when we sat down the table looked liked they'd used a hose to wash it down,it was so wet. Luckily I had tissues with me to dry it. Our server Thomas was great,he always is! I ordered honey garlic chicken wings,my husband a bacon cheese burger. My wings tasted old,like they'd been frozen too long,and hardly any sauce on them. Fries were good this trip. Came on Sunday evening for dinner with my family. The place was almost empty. The service was good and have no complaints about the food, which was priced fairly. The waiting time for the appetizer and plates was a bit long.
