Wild Wing - Oakville, Ontario

We went there to try a new place but definitely I didn't like it much. We were seated in and after a few minutes the waiter came to take our orders, two of the soda drinks had no colour at all and tasted like water so we had to ... ask the waiter to get them again. The food took a while and we ordered 30 mild wings that were very spicy, definitely not mild. We love spicy food but those were extra spicy and we weren't enjoying our food but the waiter didn't come back to check on us, until we saw another waiter and mentioned the problem and the waiter offered us some wings on the house but honestly we weren't happy, they were micro wings, the tiniest of wings and they tasted like nothing and they were undercooked. We ordered a burger and tacos and were okay. I just wish the menu had more options for kids, I couldn't find none and I found the menu very confusing. The waiter never came back and we were ready to go so we had to wait for long time for someone to pay attention to us. If you asked me if I am planning to come back is a big no. Not sure what happend to this place. Paid 80$ for 3 pounds of wings and 1 order of fries. What I got was over cooked micro wings. Basically dust and under seasoned and we only got 26 micro wings instead of the average 24 to 36 regular sized wings. I ... would honestly like a manager to reach out to this comment and issue a refund because $80 on basically quail sized wings is disrespectful. I am very disappointed. Do better. Only ever been here for half price wings on Tuesday nights . Service is usually a bit slow which I normally chalk up to it being busy but it was still the case tonight even though the restaurant was only about half full around 7pm. Wings are a generously sized and ... there are tons of flavors/sauces to choose from. I just wish that when the flavor has a spice/seasoning with it that it would be put all over the wing instead of just sprinkled on top. Also wish more fries came with the poutine upgrade as it seemed a bit small. Read more

Good Place This location of Wild Wing is good. Service is meh, and seating is good. The food is very tasty and appetizing. Variety of Chicken Place Options. If you want wings, this place is for you. Reservations aren't really needed as this location isn't usually busy.

I really liked this place... I do think 100 different types of wings is a little overwhelming but the food was good and the service was awesome. I did the pound of wings and a Greek salad as the side - there is an up charge for the salad but ... it is worth it - I can't remember what wing combo I got but it was awesome. Read more
