Food was ok! Nothing seemed fresh! Watch out for the flies though! I had a couple flies around while eating and when I went to use the washroom, omg it was infested with flies also, and one of the urinals were broken with vial smelling water on the floor also. I ... can only imagine whats going on in the back kitchen. Almost forgot, all the side plates at the table were so dirty, I thought maybe just the top one, but all 4 I had to wipe off. I won't be going here again. Seems like the restaurant manager doesn't care. He just tells you to seat yourself when you go in while he is chatting with friends at the front. TERRIBLE. Such a shame because we live close and there are no other sports bars in the area. The service is horrendous. After my wife and I waited about 15 minutes at a table across from the bar I had to flag down a waitress just to get a menu. She ... seemed annoyed that we were bothering her. A leafs game was on and the place was busy. It appeared that there was a kids hockey banquet as the little ones were running everywhere. Not the end of the world, we gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were obviously understaffed. My thoughts of forgiveness quickly passed as I saw the waitress hanging out with what appeared to be off-duty staff at the bar. Jawing it up with regulars is one thing but they wouldn't be picking up plates and walking into the kitchen! There was a group of 3 or 4 at the bar. The wings were ok but we're definitely undercooked. My wife ordered a salad which was a mistake. It wasn't very good but the massive bug that crawled over a crouton was the last straw. The men's washroom smells like a sewer. One toilet was out of order and the floor was partially flooded from the toilet overflow. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Yikes! Not sure if I've ever written a review before... I'm not really the type. But this place is BAD and I felt it necessary to share. With service and food like this I'm sure it'll go under. booked a last minute team party last weekend, manager was very accommodating. Arrived at 1, kids were fed and parents had drinks in 15 min, lots of room for the kids to play games and move around so the parents could relax and eat. Horrible customer service from the manager on duty! I would give it 0 stars but it won't let me publish without at least 1 star. A family member attended a Christmas dinner here with co-workers. She suffers from Celiac's but after a lengthy conversation with a wonderful server she ... decided to order food (confident there would be no cross contamination). Unfortunately she did suffer a reaction and when she later called the restaurant (to explain - not blame or complain) received horrible customer service from the manager on duty who only blamed her and then hung up on her! She was only calling to explain her situation and that maybe the information they convey to customers should be refined so this does not happen again. She takes full responsibility for her decisions but to have the manager treat her in such a fashion was completely irresponsible and unprofessional. Our whole family was standing right there when she made the call and the behaviour of the manager was unacceptable! Won't be eating here again! Read more

Service was terrible, food was terrible, drink options were very limited. The bartender/server was very friendly but her service was terrible. I ordered wings, bartender/server brought out the wrong flavored wings and I didn't see her for 20-30 mins to be able to even ask her to fix it then ... she finally came back and I told her so she asked if I wanted a side of the sauce I ordered. o.0 Not sure why I'm giving it two stars instead of one, maybe because the bartender/server was friendly even though her service was bad. I'm not one to make a review unless a place really had an impact on me (in a positive or negative way) and this one had me leaving in a bad mood because I spent way too much and left unsatisfied and still hungry.
