Bronte Village Mall is almost demolished now. Only the old Sobeys building is still there. The Rexall pharmacy is in a trailer beside the Sobeys. Both are functioning, but limited. Everything else has been torn down.

Rundown and old mall that's always dead. It's actually been shutdown and the plaza will be replaced with a new construction of condominium. The only two stores that'll remain there in the future are pharma plus(which is temperarilu shut down for reconstruction)and Sobeys(which will remain as is).

I've lived in Bronte ever since I was born and this mall was always a big standout. I've watched this mall since 2003 go from full with people into a sad and depressing place to walk the halls and look at what once was a thriving mall of the 1970s ... mall boom. Many of the store fronts lost their stores years ago but still bear their name. Im interested in abandoned places so I've taken my friend here a couple of times because its cool but sad at the same time. Sad to hear that its gonna be destroyed because of how important it was to me when I think of Bronte. I wanted to cry looking at the google street view from 2009 to 2015 such a slow death it almost reminds me of rolling acres. Read more

Sad such a vibrant once bustling mall is being choked out of existence by landlord's charging high rents to get people to leave - then when the mall is empty sell it to developers for condos. Once again stealing Brontes colourful naval history

It's a really quiet "mall" if you could even call it that. It's nice for locals but certainly not a spot to go out of your way to visit. Has a (very rude) pharmacy, a Sobeys, a few smaller niche stores. Works well for Bronte Village.
