I asked for double toasted bagel, it was still cold and barely toasted where the butter didn’t even melt. My coffee was supposed to be a medium, or at least that’s what I payed for, and this is what I got.
Visited this location over the weekend and had an average experience,but mostly positive. The staff was friendly, although the coffee was lacking that kick somehow. It was quite a busy tim hortons, but the good thing is they had a lot of seating area so not an issue
Awful service at this location. I used to stop here before going to work, but for some reason it has become unbearably slow. Both ordering inside or by the drive through. 22 minutes to order a latte and a muffin 🤦. 7 people serving 4 customers. So, I decided next time to ... use the drive through. Useless. Someone asked me what I wanted to order. She had to check if they had the type of muffin I wanted, but it seems she got derailed. BEWARE OF POOR AND LOW QUALITY FOOD PRODUCTS My daughter was just eating a grilled cheese panini which I bought for her today. She asked why her bread had green spots across the top of the crust and inside of the bread!! Unfortunately, she had already eaten half the ... sandwich before noticing. This is completely unacceptable and cannot believe the staff didn't noticed the very apparent green spots on the bread while making it. When I called to speak to the store manager, she was more concerned about the employees hearing our conversation (umm are you serious?!?!) then the issue. She also kept mentioning that she could redo the order for me but do you really think that after eating mold, you'd have the appetite to eat another one?? No. No refund offered either. NEVER going to this location again. Thankfully McDonalds is next to them and have never been given moldy bread to consume.
