Pros: Excellent services, especially there is a Persian girl who is very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. A portion of food is quite enough for the price. Cons: Poor food quality and not gourmet

It’s a good food and dessert, but they were busy and understaff. Their customer service was awful. We ordered Baklava. The waitress told us he brings the specials one, but he didn’t mentioned that it was more expensive than the other ones . They didn’t have the Baklava in the ... menu. The food is beyond delicious and the staff are so friendly. Our server Mehmet who has the best customer service, he made sure that our food is good to our taste, he is so much fun and he makes you come back! A very beautiful and nice Turkish restaurant. kebabs, pans, pitas and appetizers are amazing. One of the most decent halal restaurants where you can eat Turkish food in Toronto. Koz Bingol restaurant is my favorite restaurant right now. I would recommend it to everyone
