Decided to give the two course menu a try. The salad, soups, and the pasta was good and flavourful. I had the avocado salad with good amounts of nuts and avocado put into the salad. The potato soup was good, a bit salty. The veggie pasta tastes good. Only the ... pizza was soggy,.I'm not sure if the temp wasn't high enough or the way the pizza was baked. The food and the atmosphere is pretty good, and the Prix Fixe in a good value. The Salmon is crispy outside and soft inside. And love the al dente orecchiette. Just the Tiramisu is a bit sweet for me. Our server Eugene is very nice and caring. Def recommend for ... Italian dining. Read more

Upscale Italian restaurant with a large menu, including lots of vegetarian options. They also offer a fixed price combo for dinner which includes a salad, entree, and dessert for $38. The restaurant is quite busy, but no wait for a table, and food is served relatively quick. They are located ... inside Bayview Village and there's free parking at the mall. Food was wonderful, well prepared and served in a good timing. Seafood pasta and pasta with wild mushrooms and truffle sauce . The restaurant itself wasn’t busy on that weekend afternoon. Been visiting Bayview Village many years now, first time eating at IL FORNELLO. The host and server were very nice. We request if we can sit at certain area, the host rearrange the table just for us.
