Tasty milkshakes, love it! However, 2 stars are removed because of the following reasons: - froyo is overpriced - sometimes it is slow and there’s a lineup - one of the ladies working was somewhat rude and stingy with me, refused to give me a sample cup when I ordered a milkshake - milkshake quality ... is inconsistent. Love it when the Asian lady makes it, but the same stingy lady didn’t give me the dollop of Nutella on top. Anyways, it’s the only frozen dessert in the area so I come here. Read more

I used to go here all the time and today I finally met the owner. What a rude and stingy person. The store was messy, the add-on containers were practically empty and she was beyond rude to other patrons and her own store staff. I spent $12 on frozen yogurt ... (yes, I was craving it) and 2 chocolate chips accidentally fell out of my container after I paid for it. I asked her if I could just take 2 from the container and she said ‘no’!! What an unbelievably cheap and short sighted person. This location has the opportunity to be a prosperous business based on its location and her stupidity will close the shop. This is hands down the worst Menchies location in the Greater Toronto Area. The owner/manager is completely stingy. rude, and sets a terrible store environment. This occurred from every visit to this location. She questions/lectures everyone (including my group) before providing a sample cup. She won't honour valid discount vouchers ... properly even after head office approval, which results in having the owner/manager argue with us. After having a discussion with head office about this location and being told that they "ensure it doesn’t happen again in the future", I gave this location another chance. The exact same issues occurred so that has me to believe that head office did nothing. Head office didn't even respond back to my most previous message from weeks ago. Avoid this location. Read more

This is a frozen yogurt/soft serve shop. This location in particular is large, extremely kid friendly and Open late (for dessert after dinner in this popular restaurant area) . I find it a tad pricey but for the kids there is nothing like having the huge display of toppings available, ... so the experience is worth it. Read more

I love menchies! The free WiFi is nice. The flavours are nice. This is not something they can change but I find the flavours kind of bland and taste all the same. Toppings were yummy! Very busy
