Ice ‘n Cake - North York, Ontario

I just bought a hot chocolate regular which it was pretty small by the way. I ask to have it to go as the store was really busy . Then they gave me half way empty cup. It seems like someone else already drank it. I thought it was a ... mistake and I thought because ethical principles and I was not going to be ripped offer over a hot chocolate specially by a busy store with in such prestigious location . Well , I came back to the store and I approached the lady who gave me the hot chocolate and in a rude way she told me "it came like this " sorry . But because of the foam is almost half cup only. I couldn't believe they were not taking responsibility and even because it was 6$ hot chocolate they would have the decency of at least fill the cup . Terrible customer service ... it doesn't worth the cost . I prefer 1000 times aroma cafe because of customer service first at all and because of ethic values and transparency. I got the nutella while mom got the mango and pistachio gelato! Such a treat and the aesthetic is so cute

Lots of variety of gelato. The serving sizes are decent for the price. Flavours were delicious. All 4 of us were happy with our selections. We liked they had a patio. Service was efficient and friendly.

The atmosphere of the cafe is so pretty! I had the caramel cheesecake and it was so good and the person working even decorated the plate! It’s so worth spending 10 dollars on cake!

When we went there , this place was not busy and we had a good experience. Waffle & cheesecake tasted great & we got our order shortly. I wish to see more ice cream flavours there. Prices were acceptable for this portion & quantity in comparison with other brands. The personnel were ... very welcome and they answer our questions and we provide ice cream taste when we asked. The place was clean and in my point of view, this place can be a good place to have ice cream and spend time with your friends and family. Read more
