I had a very disappointing experience at your Baskin Robbins location at Pickle Barrel Plaza, 5925 Leslie St, Willowdale, ON M2H 1J8 . on Sunday, April 14th, 2024 around 7:00 pm. The employee working there was unfriendly and unhelpful. When I requested hand sanitizer, he claimed they had none. Then, ... he made my smoothie incredibly slow and used a cup that looked unclean !?!?!?! I was complete shocked ! Finally, after my friendly request, he gave me a napkin from a package out of customer reach, using their bare hands and touching the napkin itself. Got what we wanted! Tested a few new flavors, thanks to the kind staff, and finally picked two unique flavours which we didn't know ever existed. Clean and not much of rush here. Close to the bus stop. I wish the outlet had seating facility. They take orders for ice cream cakes ... but no delivery service. Read more
