Starbucks - North York, Ontario

I would leave a minus if I could. Visit during BOGO promotions. I ordered iced espresso with oat milk. When I got my order, I was kindly asking if I could get some extra oat milk(which I already paid for). The staff( who are red hair with pale skin) was ... immediately rejected and told extra oat milk would be latte and that’s extra charge. I was like ok. I paid for extra oat milk and still didn’t get what I want. Later on, I ask for straw. She’s completely ignores my request. I guess she just too busy to care. Would never come back! Been here a few times and the service for the drive through is always quick and nice. The layout of the drive through is poorly planned though. The drinks are made well.

The Drive-Thru is very convenient here, although the exit is not well-thought as the parked cars are blocking the way and I watched drivers struggling with driving out of the plaza. The patio is very nice during the patio season and creates a positive vibe. And the staff are friendly, too. Food ... and drinks are the usual Starbucks menu and you can make modifications to your liking. Read more

I really like this starbux as its really close to me but staff are super nice and fast here. There is plenty of space to sit and relax also.

Convenient location, but not a convenient plaza. Little to no parking and the drive-thru gets very busy. The line is so far out from the drive-thru that you can’t even turn onto the small street because cars are just lined up to get their coffee and food. Your best bet is to ... turn on to the street and park along the sides and walk in to get your coffee. Other than that, the staff are very friendly and efficient here. They have a lot of seating inside and outside on the patio. Read more
