Small little second cup at Hillcrest mall. They can do catering. They also sell ice cream.

Visited a half hour before closing on April 5th. Two girls working who were clearly starting to clean up for the day and I was that pain in the butt who orders coffee beans, ground and a latte. I came there at 6:15 on a Sunday, the coffee shop closes at 7, while waiting in a line I noticed that all the chairs are put up on tables and it seems like they are closing in the next few minutes so they don't want people to stay inside ... the shop. Then it was my turn to order so I said that I would like to get a London fog, the girl said that the espresso machine is in the cleaning process and they can't make any lattes. I asked why they are cleaning their espresso machine? She was not friendly at all and replied "well, because it takes 30 minutes to clean it!" I asked when does the shop closes and she replied at 7, so basically they stop working 45 minutes before the closure, that is ridiculous!!! I had a little chat with her but she was so not friendly so I just left. I love Second Cup but I guess at this location people want to go home early and don't care about the customer service at all. So I left the shop and went to my second option coffee place which name starts with an S and they don't clean their espresso machines 45 minutes before the closure. The columbian decaf here is very nice. And somehow, even though the place seems constantly busy, I always manage to find a comfy seat to sit in and sip and read.

I had an amazing evening there. The people are extremely polite and their service is way faster than other Second Cup branches. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a fresh and delicious coffee and hot chocolate in a very cozy and organized place. Good job guys... see ... you soon! Read more
