I ordered The Priest, fries and a side of gravy. The fries were and gravy were hot and tasty. Imagine my extreme disappointment at finding that The Option was burnt and had no cheese in it! French fries are served unpeeled, the burger has black overcooked pieces of meat that can break a tooth!!! You will fix it when you pay attention to it and fix it. Thank you. PS: McDonald's has much better food, it's not overcooked, and they don't take tips.

*big sigh* I am missing the wow factor for this place. It struck my taste buds as a “regular” burger. The burger I ordered was not redeemed - it was still in sin. Others may beg to defer…but please don’t judge my taste buds. Which burger did I order? The High Priest. And please ... please…if you’re taking orders DON’T RAP. Speak gently so that your customers can have the space to confess their deepest (un*)healthy dietary cravings without feeling rushed. The burger is good. We got a regular and one of the gluten free options. The gluten free bun is good, the one that tastes like a pancake. The patties at BP are not my favourite due to tasting like fried patties. The toppings were good and the sauce was ... generous. Overall it tasted good and filled us up well. The floor is permanently greasy at this location which is odd so be careful and don't slip especially inside the washrooms. Some of the fries are crispy but some of them are a bit soggy. Read more

Lots of unique burger choices and options to choose from. Service was friendly and food took a reasonable amount of time to come out. Will eat here again. Definitely prefer the chili cheese fries over their poutine though.
