The Jalapeño Chicken Burger was great paired with the onion fries. The staff was friendly and the order was ready as i walked in which was great. Although I wish they would add hash-browns and more dessert options.
I normally don’t write bad reviews but I am going take time and write this one. It was my first time at this location. The burger was severely undercooked and tasted raw. I complained and the staff argued that it was properly cooked. After much arguing they said they will ... make me another one. I went to get drinks from the machine and nothing was working other than basic coke. No flavour option was available. Basic Coke also tasted very stale. I also heard the staff talking amongst themselves and swearing in Hindi about the customer before me because he wasn’t happy with the order either. I should have read the recent reviews about this place before ordering. All 5 star reviews are by south asians and I assume are paid off. The rest of all 1 star are true reviews. If management is reading this; you need a big overhaul. For the rest, don’t waste your money here unless you want to be utterly disappointed. Read more
The " Chicken Strips " more like Chicken Bites! 8 chicken strips for 19.99 no fries or drink, One would expect something worth the cost however these were comparable to McDonald's chicken nuggets, staff was great but the HERO burger franchise needs to do better charging $20 in this climate for these ... chicken portions these " Tenders " are embarassing. I ordered the plant based burger and it was the most unappealing burger I've ever seen (see photos). Not sure if this is the norm here as it was my 1st time at Hero Burgers. It tasted even worst than it looks. Bun hard and dry and burger severely burnt. ... So not worth so much money. I recently dined in here and had Spicy Jalapeño burger. It was really juicy and tasted amazing. I also liked the sweet potato fries. Definitely recommended!!!
