Complete garbage. Swiss Chalet has never really impressed and it’s been years since I’ve eaten here. Uber Eats however had a buy one get one deal so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. This meal reminded me why I stopped and why I’ll never come again. Fries were ... stone cold. 100 percent they’ve been sitting there for hours and decided to scoop out what was left at the bottom of the pan. Pink white meat that tasted equally as bad. Disgusting. This restaurant seemed to have a good infrastructure. However, there appears to be a shortage of staff, which somewhat affected the service. The waitress was polite but seemed to lack adequate training for her role, as I found myself needing to repeatedly request different items which took a while to ... be served. The dishes arrived quickly and looked okay visually. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was disappointing. The ribs were overly dry and had a rancid taste, suggesting they might have been prepared days prior. The chicken wings, while crispy on the outside, were equally displeasing in flavour; they tasted as if they had been fried the day before and merely reheated. Finally, French fries were not crispy, actually it was quite the opposite. This culinary experience was underwhelming. Very happy. We bought one loaded potato. One cheesecake and one side of fries to share for the four of us. We split the bill four ways and it was very affordable 😊 Lady brought whole jar of hot sauce and it was very appreciative.🥰

We tried the potato soup, half rack ribs, and chicken quesadilla at Swiss Chalet. The quesadilla was delicious, but the ribs had a slight smell after a few bites. The potato soup was okay, not something I'd crave again. The service and atmosphere were quite good.

I ordered back ribs and chicken wings and after 7 minutes I got my plates, they looked delicious but actually didn't taste like that. The only wsy that you can have ribs and wings so fast is that they were cooked days befor and yes, it tasted like that. The ... chicken wings were hard to bite and to chew, while the ribs were too dry. The fries are same like every Swiss Chalet, not the best ones. The waitress just wanted to do it everything fast and not in a kind way. Read more
