Coco Fresh Juice and Tea - North York, Ontario

Got a green tea yakult added honey jelly at around 9:30pm, I guess they are out of honey jelly but the staff didn’t tell me or ask if I want another topping. There are like barely one or two very very tiny pieces of jelly in it, was very disappointed.

I would like to share my experience about dishonesty of this store. If I could rate zero, I would love to do so. I order 2 promo drinks $3.99 and 1 add on pearls $0.6. I was charged $10.37 (2 drinks and 2 add on pearls) to my credit card. I ... told the cashier about it to get refunded for extra add on pearls. The cashier screen showing return ($0.6+0.03) and I tapped my credit card, it showed pending credit $0.63 on my banking apps too. Before I got my drinks and 1 pearls, I found that the return amount is incorrect, it should returned $0.6+tax = $0.68 (there is 5 cents different). So I told the cashier, and they claimed that it should be $0.63 as on the system. At last they physically returned 5 cents to me. I found that the pending $0.63 credit was removed from my credit card on the next day. And it’s still disappeared till now. I believed the credit refund transaction was cancelled. The order process was very quick and efficient. The drinks are good too. However there are no seating and feels a little run down.

I LOVE this place. For over a decade now it has been my go to spot in North York when craving a bubble tea or something fancy then what I make at home. My 2 favorite go to's are customized Matcha Milk Tea and customized Grapefruit Yakult with coconut jelly. They point ... system is good too allowing to get a free drink after 10 purchases. Although pricy (2 large drinks about $15) they quality is satisfactory. My hubby jokes I'm addicted as it's one of the first few stops we make when visiting the city. In comparison to other tea spots I prefer Coco because of the consistency never feeling like my drink has been watered down. It always holds that milky thick taste and the staff follow customizations well. If you are a fan of buuble tea this is the place! Just always make sure to adjust the sweetness to your taste. Quick service, they always have better promotions and coupons compared to other places. Would recommend! It’s around the corner, there’s also free parking besides the place.
