Great spot to get your favourite sushi rolls. They have a great outdoor patio which was perfect for today’s weather. They have many options for set lunches and set dinners, as well as all day set meals as well, which come with miso soup and salad. The hamachi in the hand-rolls were fresh ... and delicious. And the rolls were tasty as well. They do come with a lot of rice, which I took off because I don’t like it that thick. It’s the best sushi place in the area, in my opinion. Read more

We travelled to here and pick this Japanese restaurant. The foods are delicious and they have special flavor ice cream as well. Plus, the staff are friendly and helpful. Evdrything is so perfect here.

Not bad but not great either. Service was pretty good although had to request utensils. That said, most empty tables had chopsticks and napkins. Also only received one soy sauce dish for two people. Lunch specials are decent value. I ordered sashimi, the fish was ... okay but not very fresh as some pieces have that fishy taste (if you are a frequent fish eater then you would understand what I mean). Other pieces were watery like it was just defrosted. The worst thing for me was that the rice that came with my sashimi was not sushi rice and not very good rice for that matter with random hard pieces. It's like going to an Indian restaurant ordering naan and you get a piece of stale store bought pita. Presentation was okay but much room for improvement. I recently came back from Japan, and I can say with confidence that this is an authentic Japanese place. The fish I had was very fresh, tender and delicious. The service was quick and very friendly. They didn't mind making substitutions and changes, even though their menu is already extensive. ... If this place was in downtown, there'd be a line-up at the door. Read more
