Ordered combo 13 with spicy shrimp and I got chicken wings that are over done. Along with the overcooked, burnt and drenched in oil spring rolls. I called to let them know of their mistake and they just said okay request refund through the app. No apology, rectification or offer ... for the waste of my money. Man, I can’t count the amount of time I’ve ordered from Caribbean Heat. Not only this one, I’ve ordered in person, over the phone and through delivery services. Lately every time I ordered, either something is missing, the portion size is much smaller for what you pay. And my favourite is ... the spicy shrimp and I swear it tasted like they deep fried some cardboard, I was scared to eat it and toss it. Even my dog wouldn’t eat that. It was rubbery like squid deep fried. I decided to order again and try their cow foot soup. Didn’t like it. The dessert I order cost so much and the little piece they sent looking like someone ate a piece. I paid for extra chicken on top like I always do. And there was none. They definitely lost a customer, I’m just really grossed out by the so call shrimp they sent me. Must have been crumbs or something it did not look or taste like shrimp and I’m a seafood lover. Ordered their two lobster special with an order of shrimp fried rice for take out. They gave me a 20 mins pick up time. Surprisingly when I got there the order was ready. The Lobster was really good, the rice was so so, you get a few shrimps on top ... of the rice. Customer service was good as well, the owner (I presume) was very pleasant. Read more
Had the lobster and jerk pork! Both were really delicious! Got some broccoli with my order which was also delicious! I’ll be back for more. 😋

Pretty sure I got sick off their bbq chicken with rice and peas... I've been vomiting the past 2 days after eating from here. The chicken was not flavorful, extremely dry, hard and inedible. The rice and peas portion was huge, but found lots of stems in there.
