MUST EAT HERE! HIDDEN GETAWAY FOR THE HEALTH CONSCIOUS! The food is so healthy! Everything is fresh and ORGANIC (so hard to find!) and fermented in house! The service is increadible! Anyone who wants to alkaline their body, eat organic, improve their gut health, will love ... love this place. They have a sign in the restaurant that says change your water change your life. Went in here out of curiosity after passing a few times and never really giving it a second look. Don't pass this one by! We were greeted by the owner, Chong, whom is very passionate about the service he provides and about healing people through good food. We tried the ... Alkaline coffee, with a home brewed probiotic mixture of orange and coriander, delicious. He also gave us a sample of one of his new dishes, fermented green pea 'tofu', it has a very distinctive flavour and is very tasty paired with his homemade soy sauce. Delicious healthy food and smoothies. Owner is very kind and enthusiastic about curing/avoiding illness with a healthy diet. The kimchi for purchase is fantastic.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Toronto. The food is prepared with tremendous care and consciousness. I've been eating here since 2012 after going in simply out of curiosity. It's easy to just walk by and not think twice. But inside is a serene and comfortable place to ... eat, and downstairs the couple that runs the cafe has a separate business with a large wellness salt cave! This lovely cafe and the couple that runs it deserves more attention. If you like healthy, delicious food that tastes clean, pure, and as nature must have intended, try this place out. The best bio cafe in Toronto. Well prepared heavily food produced by their own and a very good place to dine. Also fare price. For sure I will come back again and bring my friends as well. 👍
