Went today during a Euro cup match and the restaurant was very busy obviously. We chose to sit on the patio. Our server was very fast and very friendly. We ordered the stacked nachos and all I can say is that they were the BEST nachos I’ve ever had. ... They were generous with the toppings, and even when we got to the middle and bottom, there were still toppings. Want to say thanks to the cook Nil for his amazing work. Was planning to pay a visit, when I saw the cigarette butts and cups at the front porch, I changed my mind. The management could do a better job for providing a clean and tidy environment with regular checks and clean, if their patrons were smoking and drinking coffee outside ... of the venue. This is also a failure to the plaza management as well. If the porch and the adjacent parking lot are full of cigarette butts, who wants to go there?! It’s common sense people! My first time there. First impression very noisy from the outside. Second impression just as noisy on the inside. Our server seemed very sweet. We ordered our food I requested no onions on my burger and I made a point of it by saying that onions hurt me it's not ... good for me. My food arrived and guess what I found on my burger... Yup you guessed it onions!!! I had to pull off all the onion on my burger and I shouldn't have had to do so had my order come WITHOUT ANY ONIONS!!! Good food. We were 8 people and food was coming very slow. Very few vegetarian options available.

My wife and I with our two boys decided to give this Shoeless Joe's location another attempt since the our last visit about a year ago wasn't a good experience, this visit though was the complete opposite. The food was really good and the service was so much better. The ... kids loved their food and my wife really enjoyed the fish & chips. The only issue we had was my son's sliders had to be returned twice for the reason the individual cooking the burgers must of forgotten the order was two plain sliders, it wasn't that big of a deal since they were able to correct issue quickly.
