This cafe is run by a cute husband and wife duo! They are so sweet and lovely. Their menu offers lots of variety and when I asked to sub an item out they were very accomodating. I will definitely be going back to support them!

Very nice staff. It's always a pleasure to go to this little Cafe. I like their daily veggie rice bowl, fair price and delicious. Fast service and you can get a discount on drink if you bring your own mug. There is some table to sit down but I always ... take my rice bowl to go in this convenient paper container and I make sure to put some of their handy hot sauce on my meal. Read more

Our go-to sandwich and coffee shop east of Seymour River. Good variety and fine quality. Quick, friendly service and it serves fresh food but, best of all, it is not part of a chain that preps food thousands of kilometers away.

I work around the corner and go here for lunch/breakfast around 3-5 x a month. I love it. Their breakfast options are great, and you can have them pretty much any way you want, either in a wrap, sandwich, or just on a plate. The same goes for lunch! They ... have lots of bread options. My breakfast choice is either the Veggie Breakfast Wrap (scrambled eggs, avocado and tomato) or the Chorizo Breakfast wrap (black beans, chorizo, cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs) and I add tomato and avocado to it. For lunch I go with the Beet So Nice, their vegan option, not because I'm vegan at all but because it tastes SO good. I get it in a wrap or as a salad, which you can do with all of their sandwich options. They do Chili on Friday, veggie and beef options, which is delicious. Their coffee is great, not sure what brand... The staff are very friendly and always remember your name if yo go in often enough. There can be a wait for your food if they're super busy, usually between 11:45 and 1pm, but nothing over 10 minutes, and its 100% worth the wait. Great little spot! Read more
