Awful place with the worst service I ever had, over rated. Sandwich tastes good but need proper bigger clean kitchen. It was messy and dirty. Sure, here it is. People should know about your service and policy. Unfortunately, I don’t think you will ever improve it tho. Poorly organized and managed, ... and unfair. They often forget some orders. We had go back to pick up missing items again three times already this year. What a wasting time! I gave them chances to do better (hoping never miss the items) and ordered few more times. Charging 15% for pick up is non-sense. I didn’t get any service and I told owner to not willing to pay 15% for missing items and additional order $104.70 pick up again after using delivery doordash$574.97, she said cancel the additional order and do not take the foods. Wow. Really? This is wrong way to treat a big order purchase customers for a long run. You are losing your business with 25+ people and their friends and family as well. Easily me favourite sandwich shop in Vancouver, N Van, W Van, Tri-cities, Fraser Valley. Sandwiches made with love, good ingredients and freshness. Cannot beat that winning combo. They never disappoint.

Amazing place - couldn't recommend it more. Many great coffee options but the food is truly amazing. The vegetables were so fresh that you could taste each indivudual type in the sandwhiches. We had two and both were fantastic (the Up Your Alley and Veggie Burrito). Apparently they have their ... own garden for their vegetables and it shows. Staff were extremely friendly. Called in advance for pick up during work lunch. I ordered Classic Chicken Pesto on multigrain bread. That is one tasty sandwich! Slow roasted free range chicken with house pesto mayo spread, provolone, tangy sun-dried tomato, shaved red onions and arugula. Delicious!
