Outback Steakhouse - Niagara Falls, Ontario

Went for dinner. Place was empty on Canada Day. Not worth the money for sure. Food and experience was not memorable in a good way. The service from our waitress was poor. We asked questions to our waitress who I will not name, but her reply to all our questions ... was it’s in the menu. I mean who hired and trained you. I can read and see what’s in the menu but i am asking you! Then she also gave me my pasta with mushroom on the side when clearly it says pasta with mushroom. I read the menu!! Please retrain her! The gave me like two slices mushroom cut up even small. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location is on the brink of closing down and honestly won’t miss it. My First and Best Furthers day spend with my Furmily. My two pups and daughter. The staff and food were super amazing. Greatful they let my two well behaved pups on their patio. I did unleash them for some photos. They even got a Steak! Thank you for creating such ... am epic memory. Stopped in here for lunch, $151 (Can) for five people. We'd ordered a fair amount of food and didn't think it was incredibly unreasonable. The food was OK, nothing to brag about but better than the other options lining the touristy trip. The atmosphere was quiet. We were the only people inside ... the entire time. It was clean and welcoming but bare. Service wasn't bad. Attentive enough, and friendly. Kept drinks filled and ensured we had what we needed. We'd stop back. Read more

Having had positive experiences at Outback in USA, I thought I would give this a try for lunch. Ordered the burger lunch special and it had to be some of the worst burgers we've ever had and would have been better off at a fast food restaurant. Tasted ... like low cost frozen burgers one would buy at a grocery store. Two burgers ($30), Blooming Onion (19.99 and much smaller portion than the pictures show on menu or online) and one soft drink came to approximately $78 including tax and tip. They also add on a Niagara Destination fee of 10%. There is clearly a reason this restaurant was empty at lunch time, when most of others we walked by were extremely busy. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will also be communicating with the head office, given this location misrepresents the Outback chain. Read more

We came here for early dinner. Definitely Blooming Onion was our top choice. The server told us it was ‘happy hour’ so the Blooming Onion was only $8.99, so as the roasted potato skins. While we were waiting for our entrees, the server came and offered a free loaf of bread. ... We loved the freshness of it. The entrees were made to perfection and they were delicious.
