For a special occasion, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a dining experience at Milestones Niagara, drawn in by the promise of delectable dishes and elegant ambiance. While our visit had its highlights, there were a few hiccups that left us with mixed feelings. Opting for contrasting entrees, I ... indulged in the tuna sushi bowl while my boyfriend savoured the 7oz Sirloin. The beef was cooked to perfection, melting in the mouth with every bite, while my tuna sushi bowl burst with flavour, a delightful fusion of textures and tastes. Culinary delights indeed! However, the same could not be said for the service. Our waiter seemed to be absent for much of the evening, leaving us waiting longer than anticipated for check-ins. It was disappointing, especially on such a special occasion where attentive service would have been greatly appreciated. To add to our woes, there was a persistent draft throughout the night, despite our seating away from the door. It detracted from the overall dining experience, leaving us feeling a bit chilly and uncomfortable. In conclusion, Milestones Niagara offers a mix of culinary delights and service missteps. While the food was delicious and the ambiance upscale, the slow service and drafty atmosphere detracted from the overall experience. We spent our 3rd anniversary here and it was great! We got a nice view, delicious food, and our server (Mitchell) was very kind and professional. We will definitely be back again! The coconut calamari was good. The server was nice and attentive. The view amazing. The issues we had had though were with the food and the price. The food tasted just okay. We did not believe it was worth the price we paid. The portions were a decent size.
