Food are very disappointing. All orders that we made are undercooked/overcooked. Asked the kitchen to correct our orders but they said it is the way it is cooked. As our server is new I did not bother anymore to complain further because it is not his fault but the kitchen ... staffs are the responsible one’s. 2nd time to be here and such a disappointment every visit, I don’t want to come back here but my gf insisted to give it a try again. Went in and was greeted by the sweetest host. We chilled at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Leo. He is awesome Grade A++ service. The cherry on the top was Manager Paul, watching him run around solving everything that popped up was so impressive. 10/10 would ... recommend. Also you must try their pickle spears, simply heavenly. This was my second favorite spot on my bday vacation to Niagara Falls. The bartenders were the absolute best!! I went through all of the Bloody Cesars on the menu - which were all really good - and they made my daughter a special drink just for her!!! She absolutely loved the ... pot roast soup! Definitely has the sports bar vibe and we were there as a big hockey game was on. Highly recommended!! Read more

Our experience was great! We came in for a late lunch as a group of four and we were immediately met with our server, Sophie, who had a welcoming and friendly smile. We were seated right away and the service was amazing. She was patient with the members of our ... group whose first language is not English, and made great recommendations about the menu and the daily specials. I can’t recommend this location enough.
