I don't know what happened....this place used to be good ...I got a pizza with barely any toppings...slices missing toppings...and then when I ordered delivery to the hotel....they said they showed up but never did and just cancelled my order...I'm really disappointed....I ordered Swiss Chalet instead to be delivered. I recently had a disappointing experience with Pizza Hut. The pizza I received seemed mishandled, as if it had been dropped, and the seal was broken. Despite the evident damage, the delivery driver refused to go upstairs to drop it off at 5 pm. Upon discovering the issue, I called ... customer service for a refund, but they offered coupons for a free pizza or a replacement pizza sent to me. Both options weren't ideal as I no longer desired their pizza. To add to the frustration, the seal on the replacement pizza was also broken. Now, I have a full pizza that will go to waste. Look closely. Plates are under where you sit and they have food on them. And there isn't the servers anymore. You have to order your food at the counter and then take it to your seat. There is absolutely nobody except for customers and not very many at all. There ... was a customer in there eating with her family and she was coughing like crazy.
