Extremely rude staff who lack basic manners with customers. Don't know how they are so busy especially with those soggy fries. Only good thing is that they have good amenities so if you want to charge your phone (with usb, no need for plug) or take pictures it's not so ... bad. Read more

This place is in front when you leave the gift shop by boat. The space inside the store is spacious, and the interior is clean and has a great view. And thanks to the delicious menu and friendly staff, we brought back pleasant memories.

Nice place to sit and grab a drink or some food and relax at a table with some pretty amazing views of the Falls to say the least.

Grand View Restaurant is located just opposite to Niagara Falls. This place has an amazing view of the falls, while you enjoy the food. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. Not a great menu, but an awesome venue. Burger, pizza, salad, beer are available, with self-service. Very clean and ... neat restaurant, including the washrooms. Read more
