Wind Sushi - Niagara Falls, Ontario

The only thing better than the large selection of delicious food is the service! The staff is very friendly, great suggestions on what items to try for first timers and the sushi robot waitstaff was entertaining. Oh, and the drinks are delicious too!

Visiting from the states, this restaurant was not part of our original agenda. We were lucky and fortunate to find the gem! I like their “all you can eat” option where they serve mini plates and small portion for the purpose of you to try the variety of dishes. Usually ... these type of places - the quality skims down and isn’t that great but that’s wasn’t the case at all with this restaurant. The atmosphere was modern and respectful, service was friendly and fast. Best part was the food - sushi options were mouth watering! Only downside was the parking, with such a small lot, it’s hard to accommodate lots of customers. I love their variety of sushi options and the unique creation of the makimonos! Just outside of the main center is a fabulous and affordable all you can eat Thai and Japanese place. With a bunch of seafood, vegetarian and meat options there is something for everyone. Our server Dat was awesome. Attentive to our needs and refilling the water. Each table receives an ... iPad to select the total items wanted. There even a robot that occasionally brings the meal. Full Bar options for additional cost available. A/C is blasting which feels lovely. Would recommend if in the areas. Parking in lot (small) or street parking. Read more

Wow! From the service to the food everything was amazing! Jane was our server. She was very polite and personable. We ordered just enough food for two people. Our top food choices were the torch sushi, squid tentacles, bbq, sushi crudo, and dim sum. But literally everything is a must ... try!! The desserts were phenomenal! We ordered creme brulee, coconut ice cream, green tea ice cream, red bean ice cream, deep fried banana, deep fried mars bar, and deep fried puff ball. My best bite was the coconut ice cream! There were coconut pieces inside and it was a great palate cleanser. I highly recommend Wind!! Definitely spend the extra money for dinner to try the whole menu. You will not be disappointed! Although we encountered a minor issue with our reservation, the servers did an excellent job of compensating for it. They were attentive to our needs and all of our orders were served promptly. The food was excellent, but the noise level in the restaurant was a bit too high for ... my liking tonight. Nevertheless, my family and I enjoyed our dinner and would like to commend the servers for doing a great job. Read more
