Zappi’s Pizza & Subs Italian Eatery - Niagara Falls, Ontario

At Zappi’s, the servers are nice, and the food taste’s great. The only downside to this place is the really high price for some things. The washroom is also kind of old and rusty. Overall, if you enjoy Italian food and have money to spend, come here!

First time here, love the atmosphere and the food! Wait times weren't bad at all! Hard to find a place that will let a family of 3 eat for under $65 drinks included! We had to start the fried mozzarella and sauce, we could have ordered more of them ... as the were cooked to perfection! Soft and melted on the inside but crispy on the out side. The pizza crust is insanee!! One of the best. We tried Alfredo Pasta, Veggie Pizza, Fried Mozzarella and cheese garlic bread. All of them were delicious and worth trying. The waitresses are super nice and professional.

I ordered the stuff hot peppers, the noodles were chewy and starchy like they had been sitting in some luke warm pasta water for hours, and the top of the peppers were hot from being put in a cheese melter however the bottom of the peppers were cold. My husband ... ordered the chicken parmigiana the chicken was burnt and so hard it could barely be cut with a knife. We decided not to eat this food and chose to go somewhere else and eat. Simple and nice ambience. Staff is very attentive and provides great service.
