Casa d’ Pizza - Niagara Falls, Ontario

**recommenting as they deleted my initial review trying to cover up their actions as an establishment endangering their customers.** Such a disgusting and revolting experience I had here last night as a result of the lack of humanity and responsibility from the waitress. A lady at the bar was so drunk (possibly ... dr*gged) that she collapsed in the bar on her way out, after being intimately rubbed and touched the entire night in the bar by some man she was sitting with. The waitress last night proceeded to let the lady and the man leave the bar while she was in such state. I followed the two out and saw him begin to r*pe the woman in his car, which was in the parking lot in front of the entry door. The waitress absolutely needs to be held accountable for neglecting that poor woman, instead of continuing to serve him SEVERAL beers throughout the night. I had to call the police for the lady to make sure she was safe, and the waitress did not care ONE bit about the situation. Will never visit this place again. Read more

Great little sports bar - hidden gem! Just came in for pizza and wings and was not disappointed! Cup and char was great! Wings were big! Blue cheese was chunky which I love and most places don’t have it like that 10/10 Service was great as well! Must try spot in the ... falls! Read more

Poutine was disgusting 🤢 not even the right cheese! Fries were obviously Costco frozen fries and couldn’t even more than 2 bites! Waste of money. Atmosphere was loud but it’s typical for a dive-bar! I went in to get food and also use the bathroom! I had to run in since ... I’m pregnant and had to pee, my husband was just behind me! I walked and asked for bathroom and said I want a table for 2! After I used the bathroom I came out and was looking for my husband and our table (my husband was having a smoke outside) . A lady saw me walking around and decided to rudely tell me that bathroom are only for customers! After my husband came in we decided to order food to go because we had a long way to drive and didn’t want loose time! I ordered poutine to go and it was disgusting. Read more

The pizza was delicious, maybe a little overcooked, but still good. The good pizza and great service is the reason I am giving this place any stars. However, the chicken fingers were cooked from frozen. They are obviously cooked in the same fryer as the fish is because they tasted exactly ... like fish. I couldn’t taste the chicken at all. They were so gross The French fries are 100% McCain frozen fries that you can buy in any grocery store, but they were cooked to perfection. I called and was helped immediately, which is usually rare when I call other places for food, so that is a plus. The food was ready exactly when they said it was. The woman on the phone and the person who gave us our food was super friendly and polite! Read more
