Giving 3 star just bcz staff put effort on making the order of almost $150 on time. However, staff needs training at this place. Sunday evening, after placing order of this amount and asking them to add some extra cutlery, staff throwing cutlery in the food bag such as customers ... are baggers. NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. Niagara Fallsview location - Vegan and Gluten Free - I have Celiac Disease and am vegan, so I ordered the Bean Bowl (with black beans), with Nachos and Guacamole on the side. Coming from America we’re use to being bent over and price gouged but holy crap this place is the worst. I couldn’t add sauce to a quesadilla and then they charged a 2 dollar premium for franks red hot in the world’s smallest cup. Then we order a burrito bowl ... to eat there to only find out they don’t offer silverware. Never have I been to a place where you order food and they don’t have silverware to give you. If you’re ordering something that requires it, it should come with it. I would avoid this place, there are much better options, cheaper, friendlier. Then they dared to ask for a tip, no thanks you couldn’t even add sauce or give me silverware. Mind you this is in a food court, where people generally sit down to eat their food. Read more

They have very fresh, fast, friendly service. I’ve been to many bar burrito locations but this one was especially delicious! I got the jerk chicken bowl, and was really pleased with the way they portion and serve the meals here. Decent Service, decent food, and small seating area. For a casino food court stall it’s not bad at all. Convenient when you’re at the casino anyways for gambling or shows. I ordered the tacos with pulled pork and was satisfied.
