Hi-Lite Restaurant - Niagara Falls, Ontario

We had an amazing experience here. The food was incredible, big portions, reasonably priced. I had steak and eggs and they cooked that steak masterfully. It was beyond words. The fries are the best we've ever had. The restaurant decor makes you feel like you're time travelling- it's retro, and ... spotless clean. And our server NICOLE was THE BEST! She was so pleasant and friendly and gave us really great tips for some sight seeing. Her friendliness and speedy service was very much appreciated. She made us feel so welcome. Cute retro decor - really liked it. We visited during winter and they were open early enough for our arrival into Niagara Falls. Service was a bit slow but that is expected at opening, since the one server had to start the morning items and serve all the customers- we ... were 1 of 5 parties waiting at the door before opening 😀. We came for breakfast/lunch for the third time. It’s always excellent food and service with great prices. We do love the club sandwich and pancakes but really everything we have tried is excellent.

Great breakfast! Home Fries were bomb, eggs cooked perfectly, bacon was flavourful. I only wish they had eggs Benedict. Portions are decent and prices are reasonable. Service was prompt and friendly and the food all came out quickly. It's an old building so the bathrooms need an overhaul, and it was drafty ... where we were sitting.
