Domino’s Pizza - Niagara Falls, Ontario

This is my favourite Domino’s location in Niagara Falls. They always make the pizza just the way I want it. I love crispt thin crust and they baked it perfectly. Friendly staff and the place is clean.

I’m extremely disappointed with the pizza I received from Domino’s. The quality was far below what I’ve come to expect from such a renowned brand. The pizza was poorly made, lacking in flavor, and just overall a letdown. Such an experience makes me reconsider my future patronage.

Love Dominos we order from them fairly regularly the process from ordering to delivery is fast, there drivers are very friendly. My favorite pizza now is the spinach and feta on the crispy thin crust I switch out the onion for mushroom it is so good. Twice now we messed ... up our order and had to call the store to make a small change it has been handled nicely and change was done with no issues. Read more

Domino's did a great job tonight! I'm sick and the kid's wanted Domino's- Pizza was cooked perfectly, fresh out of the oven and kids ate a whole one to themselves. Everyone is happy! The delivery person was polite and friendly too.

I wish I could give a zero-star rating. I ordered a large pizza, wings, and garlic bread online from this store. Just after placing the order, I received a call from the store, but no one spoke. When I called them back, they informed me that they had canceled my ... order because I didn't pick up. According to their procedure, they asked me to place the order again. What a rubbish service! It means I have to waste my time ordering the pizza again. No thank you. I can better order from some other place who value their customer. It's the worst customer service.
