We absolutely love every single thing in this store. The soups were so delicious. We tried all of them. The ice cream is so delicious. We’ve been coming every day and I will be here tomorrow for soup and ice cream. The staff are so friendly and lovable

This location is inside the casino. This is a great spot for those with a sweet tooth. The bus stops right outside the entrance area. The view was great from the inside. The ice cream was great! Ice cream was good and convenient for guests staying at the casino and the Hilton. However, this is the first Gelato place where tasters weren’t offered which i found super odd as almost all ice cream shops provide tasters to allow customers to help choose what flavours are good. Was ... very disappointed that the servers also had very minimal knowledge in the different flavours. Price was also quite expensive given the poor customer service and no tasters. Had it twice during the trip, gelato was light and very flavourful, best in Niagara Falls hands down. Coffee was strong and delicious, you could taste the good bean.
