Hershey Store - Niagara Falls, Ontario

I want to give a big thank you to the Hershey company and the store. I visited here in the end of April for my birthday and I bought a cup from them I got home to Ohio USA and realized the cup has a crack/piece missing in the lid. I ... called Hershey and told them about it and they gave me a email to email and a phone number to call. I emailed and called them and I didn’t hear back from them so I didn’t think I was going to be able to get a replacement but today a new cup from the store in Niagara Falls arrived in perfect condition. They could have just ignored my email and call but instead they spent more money than the cup was actually worth and shipped me a new one. Great spot to check out! They have a bunch of unique chocolates, treats, and other fun chocolate and candy themed clothes and knick knacks. The chocolate milkshake was amazing and is definitely worth trying.

Great spot to go with the family. We’ve been getting the chocolate milkshake for years and it’s good everytime! The merchandise in the store was very cute when we most recently went, and there seems to be something for everyone.
