Boston Pizza - Niagara Falls, Ontario

I called before going to the restaurant to ask if a soccer match we planned to watch with some friends was being shown… they said yes so I arranged everything to go watch it that. I got there a littler earlier, and the match wasn’t playing… I had to ask the ... bar about the match because the waitress took more than 10 min to even approach us at all. The place was fairly empty and they kept looking at us and not caring to approach. Once we decided to leave the waitress changed her attitude as if she expected us stay and miss the game. Idk what she intended but it was incredibly rude. I ended up having to change my plans completely and missed almost half of the game. This is for the Boston Pizza on Dorchester in Niagara Falls. Food was good and our server was good. But there was another server who was working, I didn’t get her name, but she was beyond rude to my 7 year old daughter and it was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. ... Wasn’t even our server and she had the nerve to try and tell me daughter to sit down when she was standing literally right beside the table so she can stand and stretch her legs. She did the smallest little dance for us and was in absolute nobody’s way and wasn’t interrupting or disturbing any customer or employer but this server, who was shorter, blond hair and probably in her 30’s just felt like she had to come and completely disrespect us and treat my child like garbage. If it wasn’t for the server I would give 1 star! Food used to be much better, we went to the Boston Pizza on Clifton hill a while back and the food quality was poor, figured it was just due to the location and tourist trap BUT this was ... the same. The crispy Dill chicken sandwich is horrible now, the chicken is very rubbery and gross! It’s sad because I used to love this and the Nashville hot chicken. Came here last night and enjoyed the time spent. The food was done nicely and enjoyable The staff were amazing and service was great. Highly recommended this location and would come back again.

Fantastic customer service, which is why I am giving a four and not three. None of my family were fans of our meals. They did not taste great. The presentation of my meal was not good as well. We had to add pepper and salt to our meals to try ... and give it some flavour. The staff are excellent, from Sever to manager. I would give this location another shot. Read more
