Twice The Deal Pizza - Niagara Falls, Ontario

Very strange order this evening.. Ordered online total was 20.35 I chose to pay cash in store , handed clerk 52$ was given back 31.50$ I know it's 15 cents but how often are they doing this ? My pizza had a full pitted olive in it , please see ... photo. The pizza slices for sale under the glass were all dry and gross looking . The outside promo of 2 slices and a pop got me! We went inside to order and saw they had a better deal with an XL pizza, added the garlic bread on the side. So it's Father's day, we are having family and friends over, my father went in 3 days ago to ask if he could have order read for 1230/1pm today, they said it would be no problem, so today he goes to get pizza, very simple was half wings with sauce ... and the other half with none, so he gets back and they are all sauced, I called and said I will bring the half back, we just want the proper wings, and that I would even drive there so it wouldn't cost the company to hire a driver to bring our order, the man told me that there's nothing he can do, this was a 100$ order, so bog loss on them, as none of our family and our neighborhood will buy from them ever again. It was there mistake, and I was even willing to go get the wing and bring the sauced ones back. It's OK though, this was super unprofessional on their point. The young man working at 1230 am March 25 was the best! I ordered the walknin and said olives but truly it was a mistake on both ends and he made pep and olives..went to pick up 10 mins b4 closing and he insisted he could make me a new ... one as I'm vegetarian. He absolutely didn't have to do that! Even gave me 2 dipping sauces extra. Was so unbelievably kind that I'm writing my first review. What a lucky business to have someone like this. I ordered online through Uber Eats and hopefully you can tell from the picture that the pizza was too good to wait to take a picture. Anyways, it was beyond amazing, and at a good price too (even with all those added costs that Uber lovessss to do 😒). Definitely ... left a good impression on me. On Uber Eats, for a six inch pizza it came to like $26 after delivery fees and service fees, so overall pretty good. Definitely recommend. Read more
