Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls, Ontario

Recently had breakfast at this Tim Hortons while driving back from Niagara Falls. It was a very good experience. The food was fresh and delicious, making for a great start to the day. Visited this location with family at around 4:30 pm. Service was terrible, went to the counter to replace a drink but cashier refused and said you have to pay for it. I am working in fast food from 8 years and my husband works at Tim Hortons and are very ... familiar with the policies. You went to the counter to talk to the shift Manager and the guy started with “chill man”, not professional, comes at you in a pack when you talk to one person. Drinks, food and pastries were good. Staff could have done a better job of making customers aware of which bagged items were theirs instead of just placing items on the counters for customers to guess...

Ok place coffee was cool not hot and sandwich had burnt bagel but ok I guess

Disorganized. 9 staff on-site moving at one speed: slow. You get your drink 10 minutes before your food so it is cold by the time you eat. No one makes an effort to clean the dining room. The cashier was like a robot. She was not welcoming or personable. It ... would be somewhat understandable if she was busy but she just wasn't efficient. I had to repeat what I wanted 3 times and I still had to correct her. This location should focus on putting capable staff on the front end including a manager and someone to clean.
