Honestly I was really disappointed by the food. The bread of the sandwich was really hard, and that's how they serve coffee to me. I didn't expected at all, because I tried earlier the food from Williams in Brampton location. The quality of the food over there was way better than this.

We had enjoyed dinner at a nearby Thai/Vietnamese place and we saw Williams on the way into the parking lot, decided to pop in after dinner to have coffee. Their coffee is excellent and other drinks on the menu, the food choices looked appealing but we just had dinner so ... we settled for desserts. The cookies are not too sweet but delicious and crunchy. They close at around 8 pm so they were cleaning and getting ready to close but we still got very good service, even with an unfortunate brownout in the area. Usually a good experience with this place, today it was extremely gross to the point I tossed my lunch. Very clearly old and rotting romaine lettuce used in my chicken caesar wrap. I knew I should’ve checked my food before driving away because kitchen staff (who are visible from viewing area) ... were leaning around on their phones and I had a bad vibe in comparison to usual.
