Sadly, this Wendy's in Niagara Falls seems out of touch with what their corporate headquarters is doing. Farm workers harvesting produce for Wendy's are suffering while Wendy's makes tremendous profits. The people at this Wendy's on Clifton Hill need to educate themselves and take action by pressuring their corporate headquarters ... to join the Fair Food Program. Read more

I was looking for their chicken nuggets but sadly this store did not offer any so I went for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead. The bread itself was quite dry but the fries were hot and crispy. Line at the self-help drinking machine was long throughout the half an hour I ... was there. And one of the machines broke down so that made the wait even longer. Tried the Fanta fruit punch which was the worst, tasted just like cough medicine. Read more

The food was of high quality but had to get it swapped at first as the bread was mouldy to start with. Drinks machine had a lot of drinks out of stock and the location could have been cleaner. Overall enjoyed it however.

Despite the busyness this restaurant still appears clean and functional. It offers a really large seating area with a self serve drink machine that contains a surprising amount of flavors. Service was quick but portions are pretty small. I understand that speed is probably their goal in serving because of the ... rush but it really lets the customer down. Also prices here seem to have increased relative to other locations. Read more
