Language barrier as the cashier was not good with his English and was hard to understand. There was two other orders in the whole store and took a bit long for a blizzard and banana split but was fine but when came to the amount the banana split had half ... the amount I get at other locations and the blizzard was a skor blizzard and they made it with chocolate ice cream which is not how it’s made!! Gave it a 2 stars because it was still fairly clean after the Reno. The food not the same as it used to be will not try it again. Our luck the pop machine was broken so we were served warm cans that came out of I assume the owners ... car. Did not like the fact that I didn't see any hair nets on the staff or beard covers for the men. Blizzards were good had to ask for lids and a tray though. Read more

The place looks great, clean and spacious! Customer service was ok, no smile nor friendly greeting. I bought a chocolate fudge sunday and was disappointed. The fudge was not hot at all. I asked for extra peanuts was charged for the extra items but the amount of crushed peanuts given ... was so little for the price that I had to pay! Read more

Place was clean. Smaller portions of ice cream served here than at other locations. The free dilly bar offer isn’t valid here as they don’t provide their phone number and staff stated it’s not acceptable here… then why put it on the receipt?

Ordered an ice cream cone and it held it's shape at 11 15 am today. It was a humid day high 33 C. The cashier was polite and the other staff brought me the ice cream. I will visit this DQ during my weekly visits to Niagara. Now I am ... ordering medium Blizzard Oreo every Saturday. It is fluffy and delicious as a treat after biking 77 kms in Niagara. Read more
