Falls Manor Restaurant - Niagara Falls, Ontario

They advertise a restaurant and a pool, neither is there. The food was one reason why picked this place and the restaurant was not even open, they served in our room but it was usually cold by the time it got there and not appealing. We were very disappointed! And ... the pool was so decrepit, barely any water in it and all brown. There were 2 hot tubs but you had to pay extra, we were there on business so we opted not to pay. our stay here was very disappointing and we would never go back. This place reminded me of a home cooked meal. The portions are large and everything was hot and cooked to order. Staff was pleasant. It has a small dining area but is accessible♿️. We tried calling before our arrival to gather info about accessibility but no answer. We arrived and ... was seated promptly. Staff was helpful. Was recommended to come here to eat on vacation, and it did not disappoint! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable seating area, and very large portions. Everything was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend eating here. Never stayed in the hotel, but I would imagine it's great as well.

I’m from Toronto and came here because it was recommended by a local. Best waffles I’ve ever had, and the fries taste like potato chips. The outside is very sketchy, but the inside is beautiful and the food is amazing. 10/10

The staff at Falls Manor restaurant are absolutely wonderful. They treat you like family. The food is fresh, fast, and hot. How can you not like all-day breakfast???
