Nice diner restaurant. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was decently priced, and the portion size was great. Everyone was happy after the meal. We will be back when in Niagara and looking for a place to eat.
I had the toasted western, and there was just something off about the eggs, they really bad flavor. I don't know if the eggs were bad or if maybe they cooked them in a frying pan that had previously something else cooked in it. But even my friend said there ... was an off flavor about them. My friend had the hungry man breakfast and the sausage was so greasy that they could not eat it. The customer service was good, the atmosphere was okay. I just was not a fan of the food. Read more

We first visited Bassell's 24 years ago and it was amazing then. The food tasted like a bite of home. Everything we ordered was delicious. Customer service was great and they make you feel like family when you're there. The impression left was so nice we knew we wanted to ... go back. Unfortunately it took us 24 years to get back, however, believe me when I say it was the same 24 years later. Everyone was so glad we went. Once again the food, customer service, and atmosphere was the same. I was very impressed that the important things have not changed. Very friendly and efficient.
