First the good - the actual food we were able to try was excellent as reported by all five in our party. There is nice decor and open air dining which made for a nice setting. The service however (although nice people) is sloooow and servings tiny. The ... sides are in very shallow warming plates and small, so if you have more than 3 in your party, each person gets like one bite. It's more like a tapas place - which would be fine if they could get things out. Our server who takes care of drinks we saw like once every 40 minutes, and one time she forgot something and never came back with it (we walked to bar ourselves to get it and came back to table). In fairness to her, it looked like she was covering the entire front of the restaurant...a lot of people. Although listing many meat skewers available, we saw the same 3 or 4 for the first 45 minutes of being there. Maybe saw half of what they listed in total. A bread side we ordered just never showed up. So, if you like waiting a long time for tiny portions and don't mind fetching your own drinks from the bar while paying $70+ per person...this is your place! We came here on Canada day long weekend to celebrate my parents’ 60th birthday. This dinner is the highlight of our day. The food and service was absolutely amazing. Olivia was our beautiful & excellent server. From the moment you walk in it is an experience. It is bright and beautiful with beautiful decor. The bar is sexy and the music and vibe are awesome! Every carving server was very professional and wonderful. Every bit of food, side, ... breads, grilled pineapple and desserts were to die for. Both Jon and the other lovely manager came to help with service and topping of wine and a chat. Superb❣️ I have been to many a restaurant, travelled and eaten incredible food, but this was all around the best food, atmosphere, service I have ever experienced. Worth every penny and then some. After few years we came back to give another try to this Brazilian place. The experience was terrible because service is the main thing. Extremely slow service and because there are no more salad bar you have to order with waitress and only 50% from order coming to the ... table. Meats are very small quantity and they came probably 5 times to our table. We spent around 2 hours and got tired of waiting and waiting for meat and when meat came was only a very tiny piece lol. Also we spent 20 min with our plates empty because no food came. Unfortunately this place need a major staff training because they have many workers but no coordination. We can't recommend it. I wish Google review will allow a higher rate than 5 stars. This place no doubt deserves 6 stars from all aspects. The marvelous team members ( special thanks to Anj who supervised the service for our table of two, and thanks also to Kyle, who served a lot ... of the delicious food, Anj came to know this is our first visit, so she had saved no effort to make our experience a unique pleasant one) you can clearly see the smile on the faces of all team members serving this place , so you can tell its not a job to only get a pay cheque, but it's a place to enjoy while serving. Customers smile is around all tables, the atmosphere is a true welcoming one, in top, the food is tasty to a level which is hard to describe unless you are a chef, the way of serving the buffet is unique, it's served at table all you can eat , you get full but you will still want to eat more, value of your money will certainly be achieved no doubt.
