TGI Fridays - Niagara Falls, Ontario

Right across the street from my hotel. Popped on in for some food and drinks. Was greeted by Laura and Matthew who served me at the bar. Some of the friendliest servers I have met in Niagara Falls. Both got me my drinks and made them to perfection. So happy I ... stopped in and got to met these two awesome people. Limited vegetarian food on menu. Serving time was pretty long for even a small order. Food taste was average. Only positive is they are open late night. Would only visit if no other option nearby. This is a rip-off! $70 per person. Big franchises pay their employees a low or minimum wage and customers are forced to pay 18% at least in tips to make the difference. On top of that, you have to pay the Niagara Falls destination fees. I tried TGI Friday's in different countries, ... but in here is the worst like anything else in Niagara. Costed us $100 for 2 small meals and a dessert . Food portions were small. My sandwich was mainly fries . The taste is okay. Over priced. Picked up the food and still have to pay 18% gratuity. Very good location in the Embassy suites lobby. They are open until 2 am which is great. Wait time is reasonable. Sitting arrangements are good and comfortable seats. They offered colouring kits for kids. Rib was very tasty and tender. Sizzling chicken was good but quality was small. Food is ... expensive. They included tips in bill, which I don’t like. Restaurant size is medium. Very neat and clean. Nicely decorated. All staffs are very professional and helpful. It is difficult to find parking around this area.
