I've been going here for a decade ! Always great product when I would go, it would be the husband and wife every single time serving me. I asked them in a joking manner that when was the last time they took a day off... The husband only takes Christmas ... off and works 364 days... I could just see how tired they are, I don't blame them! They've been there since 2005.. they always smile and are cordial to their customers! I really feel for them though, they deserve a vacation. This location has been going downhill for a few years now and it's quite sad to see. Half the light fixtures inside didn't work, tables put against the wall making it unwelcoming, hot pepper station completely empty and menu board was flickering. The whole place definitely could use some love. The ... sandwiches were such a let down. The peppercorn steak sandwich was just sad to see, probably 1/3 of the quantity it used to have, some part of it were 1 slice of beef thick so definitely underwhelming. The chicken was dry but at least there was a good amount of it. Overall a very disappointing experience. Last time we visited, the store needed maintenance but the food was good. I can't see any reason to come back when the food is also subpar. Read more
My recent visit to this restaurant left me extremely disappointed. The staff, including Lovepreet and Suhani, seemed uninterested in serving customers properly. They mainly spoke in their own language, which made me feel left out.The service was chaotic, and the place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. And when it came ... to the food, my chicken carbonara was a disaster. There was too much sauce, hardly any chicken, and it just didn't taste good.Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Read more
