Terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for a small order that was told would take 8 minutes. Food was OK. Staff were nice enough given the chaotic / brutal operational set-up. Very diligent with the big order we had. Shrimp tasted great! Family enjoyed themselves. Will come here again when visiting Niagara Falls!

They had a rush during the time I arrived to order (which was around dinner time) and it was clear the staff was not ready at all for the amount of orders that came in. They still had to cook the chicken and made everyone wait 15+ minutes; 0 sense ... of urgency or team work. The chicken ended up being undercooked in some areas because the girl in the kitchen was did a sloppy job. The fries given in the bag was such a small portion I had to go back and ask to put some more. Biscuit was dry too. Save your money and find yourself another fast food. Read more

Ordered a 2 can dine, they forgot to include the coleslaw side that was part of it. They also gave up 2 pieces of chicken that were seriously too small to be considered. I was trying to order online for a deal, and the checkout was not working-- When I ... asked the cashier to punch it in, she said she could not give us the deal. The chicken tasted like it was fried in dirty oil, and our side of fries was half of what it should have been. Took 20 minutes to fulfill our order and not a glimpse of manners from any of the staff.
