Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant - Niagara Falls, Ontario

My kids and I are here in town on summer vacation. This was the first place we ate when we arrived in town. From the time we were being seated, to the time we left, the service was nothing but exceptional! We/I, asked the server a thousand questions, most of them ... were tourist questions, that had nothing to do with food. She was nothing short of amazing. Never did she seem annoyed, or bothered. Absolutely amazing. We shared and appetizer and main; burrata and gnocchi. For dessert two limoncello and gelato and tiramisu. And finished with two cappuccino. The food, service, and dining experience were top notch. Our server, Blake, was excellent. Would definitely come again.

The appetizers were the true stars of the show, stealing the spotlight from the lackluster main course. For the price and ambiance, we expected a culinary masterpiece, but the food didn't quite hit the high notes our wallets did. Cocktails were just meh. We had a reservation for 6 pm, but we arrived about 45 minutes early since it was raining pretty hard, and we wanted a dry place. They had no problem seating us early with a seat that had an amazing view of the falls. The food was equally as spectacular, ... and our server treated us so nicely for our anniversary dinner. 10/10 would recommend for a picturesque dinner spot with great food! Read more

My wife and I visited for her birthday celebration. The view of the falls is one of the best I’ve seen. The food was delicious and our server Manu helped make the experience even better with excellent service and conversation. Will definitely come again in the future.
