IHOP - Niagara Falls, Ontario

Food: 2 service:4 Food was very disappointing. Neither fresh nor tasty. The Spinach and mushrooms omelette came with heavy cheese inside but tasteless. Bacon and hash brown was beyond your imagination in opposite way. Definitely overpriced. Over 30 per person after tax. Not worth it.

Visiting Canada is an awesome, fun place to stay for a couple of days, but avoid this restaurant. It's horrible. Everything tasted like it was frozen and cooked hours before we got there. OK, I'm not too surprised. I ate only the eggs and toast. The bacon seemed raw. ... The hash browns were so cold that it wouldn't melt cheese. The milk was warm and in a dirty glass, and the coffee was burnt. And I got all this for the low low price of $96.17.. it was ridiculous. I would recommend Applebee's down the rd. I know it sounds crazy but for half the price, you get a much better breakfast.. Read more

If I could give this 0 Stars, I would. My family and I went here for breakfast around 10:30am. Food was disgusting, pork sausages tasted raw and mushy, hashbrowns tasted stale, eggs were okay, my brother had the breakfast burrito bowl and he couldn’t even finish it because of how vile ... it tasted. The only decent digestible food item was the biscuit. Immediately after finishing our meal, our stomachs started to hurt so bad. We all have extreme diarrhea currently and it’s all caused by this disgusting food and establishment. Server was nice but clearly over worked, seemed like the hostess was double and triple seating her. On top of all that, for a family of 4 to eat with drinks cost about $200….. absolutely absurd considering you can spend that money on a fixed price 3-course meal at a decent restaurant. Would never ever eat here again. Avoid this place at all cost. Hotel complimentary breakfast would be a better option. Read more

We ordered take out, was not bad but expensive. We ordered a strawberry and banana pancake but there was an option for no glazed strawberry. We thought it meant no glaze on the strawberry but it came without strawberry.

Weekday lunch, ample seating. We waited at the door for a while- couldn’t see any staff around and there was no bell to ring. Service was regular. The worst part is the food. The harsh brown tasted like it’s been sitting for several days, very dry and rancid. The sausages ... also had a bit rancid taste. Thought maybe their sausages were just like that. But later that afternoon both my girl and I had diarrhea. Mine is milder but my girl’s lasted more than 2 days and we had to shorten our trip to fly home. Would never go back there again… Btw, IHOP created a case for us but the email from the manager of this restaurant wasn’t a pleasant one to read. She didn’t think there’s issue with the freshness of the food. I guess the management needs a change. Visitors, please avoid this IHOP restaurant. Read more
